It is characterized by a beautiful yellow color with a golden sheen. The bouquet of the wine consists of pleasant notes of exotic fruits - pineapple and lychee with a hint of vanilla in the finish. The taste is elegant, balanced with a slightly spicy acidity, with a finish dominated by fruity and honey notes. We recommend serving at 10 - 12 °C.

This is a low-histamine wine. Low-histamine wines are also suitable for people suffering from histamine intolerance.

The basis is that the grapes are grown without chemicals, harvested by hand, and all damaged berries are removed. The entire production process is therefore very clean, and the fermentation process can be stopped at the right time to prevent histamine formation. Therefore, the histamine level is very low, even zero. These wines are not fined, so they also contain a very low level of sulfites. The advantage of the low sulfite level is that if you overindulge in the wine a bit, you won't have a headache the next day.
