Description
18-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky Tomatin is made from Scottish barley grown at an altitude of 1000 meters. After harvesting, the barley is crushed and fermented, then distilled twice in copper pot stills. It matures in Spanish oak Oloroso sherry casks.
Aroma: grapes, spices, cloves, cinnamon, sherry, apples
Taste: maple syrup, vanilla, honey, oak, char
Finish: balanced, long, slightly dry with a hint of lemon
