The GlenAllachie 30 Year Old Batch No. 3

From the beginning of our work with The GlenAllachie Batch No. 3, Master Distiller Billy Walker has consistently expressed a desire to use our vintage stock to produce a truly exceptional 30 year old whisky. To this end, he carefully oversaw the development of the maturing whisky in each allocated cask until the optimum interaction between the distillery equipment and the wood was achieved.

This small batch, bottled at 48,9% cask strength, unchill-filtered and with a natural colour, truly represents GlenAllachie in its purest form, a perfect blend of cask and distillery character.

The combination of eight hand-selected Pedro Ximenéz Oloroso and virgin oak casks is limited to just 2 400 bottles worldwide!

The bottles are housed in beautiful navy blue gift boxes with front opening.

Nose: roasted almonds, honey, fruit, leather, butter, orange peel, dark chocolate
Taste: grape must, hazelnuts, honeycomb, citrus, caramel, ginger
Finish: long, cinnamon, coffee
