The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old Single Cask 2014 is a limited Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from the Single Cask Collection. In this collection, The GlenAllachie selects casks that have developed a unique character during maturation and deserve to be bottled separately without blending with other casks.
The whisky was distilled in 2014 and matured in a Fino Sherry Hogshead cask, which imparted an elegant sherry influence, a pronounced structure, and rich fruity-spicy notes. The bottling comes from cask number 896, was bottled in July 2026, and only 242 bottles were produced, making it a highly limited edition.
The nose reveals white chocolate, raisin butter, spiced orange, honeycomb, muscovado sugar, and brandy fruit from the orchard. The palate continues with notes of salty caramel, mocha coffee, cocoa, orange peel, poached pear, mānuka honey, crystallized spices, and maraschino cherries.
The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old Single Cask 2014 is bottled at cask strength, with no added coloring and no cold filtration. This ensures it retains full intensity, natural color, and the authentic character of the selected Fino sherry cask.
