Talisker 30 Year Old

Talisker 30 Year Old is a unique limited single malt Scotch whisky from the iconic Talisker distillery on the Isle of Skye.

Bottled at 49,6 % ABV, this expression is the result of three decades of careful maturation in a combination of American and European oak casks. During this time, the whisky absorbs the unique coastal characteristics of its environment and develops a complex and sophisticated flavour profile.

The production process begins with the selection of the finest barley, which is traditionally dried over a peat fire. Distillation takes place in traditional copper pot stills, with the long maturation process taking place under strictly controlled conditions to achieve a harmonious result.

The whisky is distilled right on the coast, which gives Talisker whisky its characteristic touch of saltiness and subtle smoky undertones.
