The wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, processed in an unconventional way – in a “fresh” style, with an emphasis on vibrancy, juiciness and aromatic purity rather than the robust tannic expression typical of barrel-aged Cabernets.

The grapes come from the winery’s own vineyards, where mineral-rich soils, sunny exposure and precise vineyard management provide ideal conditions for producing quality red wine. Vinification takes place at lower temperatures to preserve maximum aroma and delicate fruitiness.
