Suau 25-year-old brandy comes from Mallorca, Spain. Behind its great taste is the production based purely on traditional methods, in which only the time, silence and microclimate of underground cellars belonging to the Suau brand play the most important role.
It ages for 25 years in underground cellars with thick stone walls, which gives it its unique taste and aroma.
It is produced using traditional craft methods from the Airén grape variety, with an emphasis on slow ageing in the silence and stable microclimate of the cellars. This process ensures that the brandy achieves its full complexity and elegance.
The result is a brandy with a dark mahogany colour, a rich aroma of toasted wood and hints of long-aged wine. The taste is delicately spicy, with notes of toasted wood, dried fruit, vanilla and walnuts, with a slight sweetness. The finish is slightly sharp, but not spicy, oily and full-bodied with hints of aromatic notes.
