Torres 20 Hors d’Age is a prestigious Spanish brandy, aged for at least 20 years according to the traditional criaderas y solera system. It expresses a perfect balance between the rich heritage of Bodegas Torres and exceptional complexity – ideal for discerning customers and collectors.
Torres 20 is distilled from selected white wines from the Parellada and Ugni Blanc varieties. It undergoes double distillation in copper pot stills to preserve the smoothness and depth of the eau-de-vie. Aging takes place for at least 20 years in Limousin oak barrels, where it acquires a dark amber color, rich flavor, and typical character.
The aroma is dominated by warm, deep notes of dried fruits, nuts, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg – the result of long aging in oak barrels. The taste is intense, velvety, and elegantly rounded, with hints of spices, nuts, and freshness that soften the rich profile.
Bodegas Torres, established in 1870, began brandy production in 1928. Torres 20 Hors d’Age is the pinnacle of their historical solera systems. This model has won awards at prestigious competitions such as the International Wine & Spirit Competition and is considered the most awarded brandy of the brand.
