Carpathian Brandy Exclusive is characterized by an elegant golden-amber color, a full, harmonious yet robust taste, and an unmistakable aroma of wood with a hint of vanilla, which develops during the long aging of the wine distillate in oak barrels.
This exclusive brandy is created through traditional double distillation of high-quality wines typical of the Small Carpathian region, which are then aged for a minimum of 7 years in massive oak barrels. During aging, the distillate acquires a rich aroma resulting from the interaction with the wood – the woody notes of vanilla and a gentle warm color are imparted by the barrel aging.
The elegant golden-amber color heralds a full, robust yet harmonious taste. The aroma is dominated by oak and vanilla notes, while the flavor evokes coffee, cocoa butter, and dried fruit – the result of long-term interaction between the wood and the distillate in the barrels.
