Set of Pink Sparkling Wines
Dignitat Cava Rosé is a sparkling wine from Catalonia that combines traditional varieties Trepat, Garnacha, and Monastrell in equal measure.
It is produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle and ages for 11 months on the lees. With an alcohol content of 11.5% and residual sugar of 7 g/l, it offers a fresh and fruity taste with a delicate sparkle.
The wine's color is bright pink with purple reflections. The aroma is dominated by notes of ripe fruit, especially strawberries and cherries. On the palate, the wine is fresh, fruity, and well-balanced, with a long-lasting and refreshing finish.
Dignitat Cava Rosé is the perfect companion for desserts, sweets, and chocolate, as well as for light appetizers and tapas.
The pink Italian sparkling wine Vigna Rampante Gran Cuvée Rosé Brut Lory is a sensual expression of the masterful blend of Pinot Noir and Raboso varieties, created in the heart of the Treviso region. This elegant cuvée, made using the Charmat method, offers a delicate sensory experience that perfectly combines freshness, finesse, and structure.
The grapes are carefully harvested at optimal ripeness — Pinot Noir at the end of August and Raboso at the end of October. After a short maceration on the skins, the wine is vinified in a pink color using soft pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, preserving the natural aroma of the grapes. Secondary fermentation using the Charmat method in pressure tanks adds fine and persistent bubbles to the wine.
Gran Cuvée Lory is the perfect companion for fish dishes or as an ideal aperitif. Its freshness and spiciness also complement fresh or lightly aged cheeses.
Share this unique experience during special occasions and enjoy sophisticated moments with a partner or among loved ones.

It is bottled and then allowed to mature for several weeks in a controlled warehouse.
