Camí de Flors Cava Brut is an organic sparkling wine from the D.O. Cava region in Catalonia, produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle.
The blend of Xarello (40%), Macabeo (35%), and Parellada (25%) ages for 10 months on the lees, which gives it a fine sparkle and complex character. eMead.shop
The aroma is dominated by notes of white flowers, citrus, and ripe fruit. The taste is fresh, elegant, and mineral, with a delicate effervescence and balanced acidity.
