Dignitat Cava Organic Rosé is an organic sparkling wine from Catalonia, which combines the traditional varieties Trepat, Garnacha and Monastrell in equal proportions.
It is produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle and aged for 11 months on lees. With an alcohol content of 11,5 % and residual sugar of 7 g/l, it offers a fresh and fruity taste with a delicate effervescence.
The wine is pale pink in colour with a clear appearance. The aroma is dominated by notes of ripe fruit, especially strawberries and cherries. On the palate, the wine is intense, complex and well-balanced, with a long and fresh finish.
Dignitat Cava Organic Rosé is an ideal accompaniment to desserts, sweets and chocolate, but also to light appetisers and tapas.
