Dignitat Cava Organic Brut Nature is an elegant sparkling wine from Catalonia, Spain, which stands out for its purity, finesse and organic origin.
It is produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle from the Xarello (40%), Macabeo (35%) and Parellada (25%) grape varieties, and is aged for 12 months on the lees. Thanks to its minimal residual sugar (0.8 g/l), it offers an authentic dry experience for lovers of pure flavours.
The aroma is dominated by notes of ripe white fruit, complemented by subtle hints of toast and yeast. On the palate, the wine is delicate, fresh and harmoniously balanced, with a fine mousse and a long, clean finish. Its low acidity and freshness make it ideal for sipping on sunny days.
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light appetisers, fish and seafood. Serve chilled at 8 – 10°C.
