Dignitat Cava Organic Brut is a sparkling wine from Catalonia, Spain, offering a harmonious combination of freshness, fruitiness and delicate elegance.
It is produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle from the Xarello (34 %), Macabeo (33 %) and Parellada (33 %) grape varieties, and is aged for 10 months on the lees. With an alcohol content of 11,5 % and residual sugar of 7 g/l, it is the ideal companion for a variety of occasions.
The wine is straw yellow in colour with greenish hues. The aroma is dominated by subtle notes of flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate, the wine is lively, fresh and well-balanced, with a delicate effervescence and a pleasant, fruity finish. Its low acidity and freshness make it ideal for sipping on sunny days.
