Le Contesse Sparkling Cocktail Aromatizzato is a modern and light flavored sparkling drink based on wine from the Italian producer Le Contesse. It comes from the regions of Veneto and Friuli, which are among the significant wine regions of northeastern Italy. In the technical sheet, the product is labeled as Cocktail aromatizzato di prodotti vitivinicoli, meaning flavored cocktail made from wine products.
The base consists of typical white grape varieties from the area, which are harvested at the right level of ripeness to achieve a minimum allowed sugar content. They are then processed using the sparkling method and aromatically enriched to create a fresh, easy-drinking, and innovative product with a lower alcohol content.
Visually, it stands out with a light straw-yellow color and fine, persistent bubbles. The aroma is pleasant, balanced, and combines fruity and floral notes. The taste is fresh, light, and versatile, making it suitable not only as an aperitif but also as an easy sparkling drink for celebrations, summer gatherings, or light refreshments.
It is recommended to serve well chilled at a temperature of 6 – 8 °C. It pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, delicate first courses, and fish dishes.
