Set Le Contesse Prosecco Frizzante
Le Contesse Prosecco Frizzante is a semi-sparkling white prosecco made from the traditional Glera grape variety. It features a light, fresh character and delicate, elegant effervescence, making it ideal for everyday enjoyment.
We recommend serving it chilled at 8 - 10 °C.
The grapes are processed through gentle pressing and the must is then fermented at a controlled low temperature. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks, which helps the prosecco retain its lightness, fruitiness, and fine bubbles.
On the palate, Le Contesse Prosecco Frizzante is light, fruity, and harmonious, with notes of apple, pear, and refreshing acidity. It is excellent as an aperitif, for informal gatherings, or with light dishes, salads, and cheese.
We recommend serving it well chilled to fully highlight its freshness and delicate effervescence. An ideal choice for lovers of light proseccos with an elegant expression.
Le Contesse Prosecco Frizzante DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene is a semi-sparkling white prosecco made from Glera grapes from the Conegliano wine-growing region in Italy (elevation 200 m above sea level).
After hand harvesting, the grapes undergo only light pressing and the must is cleaned by cold static decantation. Part of the must is then stored in cool conditions while the rest of the blend ferments at a controlled low temperature. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks in the presence of selected yeasts, which help this sparkling wine achieve its delicate effervescence. Finally, the wine is bottled and left to mature for several weeks in temperature-controlled cellars.
Serve chilled at a temperature of 8 - 10 °C.
It is a great wine for toasting. It pairs perfectly with light dishes, but you can enjoy it with any meal and throughout the entire dining experience.
Le Contesse Bianco Frizzante IGT Marca Trevigiana is a white semi-sparkling Italian wine made from Glera and Chardonnay grapes. The grapes were hand-picked and ripened during the first and second ten days of September. The wine comes from the Treviso wine-growing region in Italy (40 m above sea level).
It is produced by gently pressing and clarifying the must through cold static decantation. A portion of the must is then stored in cold conditions while the remainder of the blend ferments at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized vessels with the help of selected yeasts. After this step, it is bottled and left to age in the bottle for several weeks.
We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 6 to 8°C. It pairs perfectly with light and delicate dishes, grilled fish, or fried vegetables. The residual sugar is 10 g/l. This is a vegan certified wine!
