Rudolf Jelínek Slivovica is a clear distillate with an aroma that features a sweet almond scent of the pits, which does not overshadow the fruity character. The taste is smooth and fruity thanks to the five-year aging and traditional methods.

Kosher slivovica is a clear distillate made from plums that has been awarded "kosher" certification by the American Jewish organization Orthodox Union. The certificate confirms that the entire production process is carried out at the highest level of kosher standards, known as "pure," and in compliance with strict production rules.

The production facility must be "koshered" before the start of production, meaning it must be wash with hot and cold water. A rabbi personally oversees each phase of the production process, from selecting the best varieties of fully ripe plums, through handling the mash and distillation, to bottling. Fermentation and aging take place in tanks sealed by the rabbi.

Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 50% and come in stylish gift packaging.
