Slivovitz from Rudolf Jelínek is the most famous Czech fruit distillate, made from ripe plums. The production of authentic white Jelínek slivovitz follows a long-standing tradition. This requires that the matured plum mash undergoes a three-stage distillation, which gives the slivovitz its purity and smoothness. The pits remain present in the mash throughout the process to impart a specific tannin flavor to the resulting drink.

The package includes Slivovitz 0.7 l + 2 glasses. We recommend drinking it at room temperature to fully develop the flavor of the distillate.
