Rudolf Jelínek Honey Plum Brandy

Rudolf Jelínek Honey Slivovitz is a liqueur that combines the taste of authentic three-year-old slivovitz with the beneficial effects of linden honey. The natural honey aroma with a light fruity note has distinct plum aftertastes, where we can sense dried plums, caramel, and linden flower.

The base is classic slivovitz, which is produced through triple distillation of matured plum mash. The distillate is then mixed with real linden honey. Long-term maceration of the honey gives it a golden color, delicate taste, and honey aroma.

Thanks to the modern technological process that builds on the traditional art of the Vizovice distillers, the consistency of the distillate is guaranteed. It is then stored for aging in tanks, where the flavors and aromas blend and the distillate is "rounded out."

The drink combines slivovitz reflecting Wallachia with its traditions and connection to nature with the taste and aroma of linden honey, which is regarded by beekeepers as the highest quality and has a proven positive effect on the human body.

Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 35% with a volume of 0.7 l.
