Portofino Dry Gin is a premium craft gin originating from the iconic Italian coastal town of Portofino. Its world is full of colours, the scent of pine trees, citrus fruits and Mediterranean herbs – exactly the elements that form the soul of this exceptional dry gin.
The recipe combines 21 botanicals, hand-picked in the Ligurian region: juniper, lemon and orange peel, rosemary, lavender, sage, marjoram, mint, violet flowers and other Ligurian herbs that give the gin its signature aromatic profile.
Distillation takes place in historic copper stills that were once used for producing medicinal extracts. The result is a gin of exceptional purity, fresh citrus-herbal aroma and elegant flavour complexity.
On the nose, Portofino Dry Gin is fresh, citrusy and botanically expressive – lemon peel, juniper, lavender and rosemary.
