Ophyum Grand Premiere Rhum 23 is a masterful artisan rum from the Dominican Republic. It is the oldest of the trio of mahogany red Ophyum rums belonging to the Oliver & Oliver brand.

Distilled from cane molasses using the pot still method. Matured in bourbon barrels using the solera system, which comes from the production of Spanish wines. The oldest of the rums used was up to 23 years old and its taste completed the character of the younger rums in the blend. The result is rich and complex modern rum, full of sweet fruit tones, with a pronounced taste of chocolate, dried fruit and spices.

Ophyum Grand Premiere Rhum 23 is high-quality rum positively evaluated by rum enthusiasts worldwide. It is handcrafted, individually bottled and available only in a limited number of bottles.
