The rum was made from sugarcane molasses and distilled using the pot still method. It aged in bourbon barrels using the solera system, which originates from the production of Spanish wines. The oldest rum used was up to 23 years old, contributing its flavor to the character of the younger rums in the blend. The result is a flavor-rich and complex modern rum, full of sweet fruity notes, with a pronounced taste of chocolate, dried fruits, and spices.
