Ophyum Grand Premiere Rhum 23 is a masterfully crafted rum from the Dominican Republic. It is the oldest of the three mahogany red artistic rums Ophyum, produced by the brand Oliver & Oliver.
The rum was made from sugarcane molasses and distilled using the pot still method. It aged in bourbon barrels using the solera system, which originates from the production of Spanish wines. The oldest rum used was up to 23 years old, contributing its flavor to the character of the younger rums in the blend. The result is a flavor-rich and complex modern rum, full of sweet fruity notes, with a pronounced taste of chocolate, dried fruits, and spices.
Ophyum Grand Premiere Rhum 23 is among the high-quality rums positively rated by rum enthusiasts worldwide. It is handcrafted, individually bottled, and available only in a limited number of bottles.
