Description
Nichta Devín Močiarno D.S.C, vintage 2021, is a Slovak wine with a protected designation of origin, white, sweet, Devín grape variety. It comes from the Nitra wine-growing region, the village of Čajkov - hon Močiarno.
It is a powerful extractive Devin that is just at the beginning of its journey. It has a rich and impulsive aroma of forest honey, dried raisins and oriental spices. The taste alternates between fresh acid and beautifully balanced residual sugar. It is a wine that is excellently complemented with traditional sweet dishes, for example, apricot balls with butter and sweet breadcrumbs.
Serve at a temperature of 6 - 8 °C, preferably in white wine glasses with a volume of 250-350 ml.
