Description
Nichta Devín Močiarno D.S.C, vintage 2021, is a Slovak wine with a protected designation of origin, quality, white, sweet, made from the Devín grape variety. It comes from the Nitra wine region, village of Čajkov - area Močiarno.
It is a powerful, extractive Devín that is just at the beginning of its journey. It has a rich and impulsive aroma of forest honey, dried raisins, and oriental spices. The taste alternates between fresh acidity and beautifully balanced residual sugar. It is a wine that pairs excellently with traditional sweet dishes, such as apricot dumplings with butter and sweet breadcrumb topping.
Serve at a temperature of 6 - 8 °C, preferably in white wine glasses with a volume of 250 – 350 ml.
