Nichta Veltlín Green Baričky D.S.C., vintage 2022, is a Slovak wine with a protected designation of origin, quality, white, dry, made from Veltlín Green grapes, grown in the Nitra wine region, village of Drženice - area Baričky.
Meet this full-bodied Veltlín! Its beautiful varietal fruity-spicy aroma is complemented by a subtle hint of nutmeg. Your taste buds will confirm what your nose may have sensed first. Its complex flavor mirrors the fragrant bouquet and is accompanied by a pronounced mineral acidity. If you're looking for a suitable food pairing, serve it with a fried veal schnitzel with homemade potatoes and herb butter.
Serve at a temperature of 9 – 11 °C in tulip-shaped white wine glasses with a capacity of 400 – 450 ml.
