Nichta Winery is a family winery from the Small Carpathian wine region, specifically from the village of Čajkov near Levice, which is known for its volcanic soil origin. This terroir gives the wines a unique mineral character and distinctiveness, making Nichta one of the most respected producers in Slovakia.

The history of the winery began in the 1990s when the Nicht family decided to turn their passion for viticulture into a professional endeavor. Today, they cultivate their own vineyards, where they grow traditional Slovak and international varieties. Among their most famous wines are Pesecká Leánka, Riesling, Blaufränkisch, and Alibernet, which regularly receive awards both at home and abroad.

Interestingly, the winery focuses on gentle grape processing and modern technologies, which they combine with respect for traditions. Nichta wines are characterized by purity, harmony, and an authentic expression of the Čajkov terroir.
