Nichta Sauvignon blanc Classic D.S.C., vintage 2025, is a Slovak wine with a protected designation of origin, quality, white, dry, originating from the Nitra wine region, village of Čajkov - area of Kruhy.
This is a wine with low histamine content <0.25 mg/l.
The intense aroma of peach puree and elderflower continues in a taste reminiscent of dried fruit and nectarine. The refreshing character is supported by excellent acidity and good harmony. In gourmet cuisines, its taste and aroma will pair wonderfully with gratin pear and goat cheese.
Serve at a temperature of 8-10 °C in white wine glasses with a volume of 450 – 500 ml.
