Papa's Pilar Rum
Sir Edmond Gin
Santos Dumont Rum
The Whistler Whiskey
Rum Papa's Pilar is inspired by Ernest "Papa" Hemingway and his beloved boat Pilar.
Papa's Pilar is a rum designed to combine the artistic form of blending various international rums with the science of distillation and barrel processing, capturing the essence of its namesake - Ernest Hemingway.
Papa's Pilar rums are made from different types of rum that are blended and aged together. The rums come from regions Barbados, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Panama, and Florida.
Sir Edmond is an affordable gin that will shatter all your preconceptions after the first sip and dance on your taste buds with its irresistible vanilla flavor. It is precisely infused with bourbon vanilla sourced from the island of Réunion, where it is cultivated by local farmers without the aid of any fertilizers or pesticides.
It has a pronounced vanilla aroma with notes of citrus, spices, and juniper that will take your breath away. The gin's name comes from Edmond Albius, who is the pioneer of the quick pollination method for vanilla flowers.
When you mention Santos Dumont, all enthusiasts of innovation and inventions immediately take notice. Especially fans of aviation. The brand name Brazilian rums Santos Dumont is closely tied to one of the most interesting inventors of Brazil - Alberto Santos Dumont.
Brazilian plantations are still the largest producers of cane sugar and are owned by the Santos family (likely Alberto's relatives on his mother's side). Rum Santos Dumont is exceptional, just like Alberto, and carries something typically Brazilian within it. It is known as a sweet, aromatic, and well-aged rum whose special feature is that it is also blended with typical Brazilian cachaça (distillate from sugarcane juice).
