Papa's Pilar Spanish Sherry Casks is a premium dark rum inspired by the legendary Ernest Hemingway and his adventurous lifestyle and sea expeditions, even his boat was named Pilar and Hemingway himself was nicknamed Papa.

Papa's Pilar Spanish Sherry Casks is made from various types of rum that are blended and aged together. It contains 9 different rums from regions such as Barbados, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Panama, and Florida, giving it a complex flavor. This rum ages in various types of barrels including ex-bourbon American oak, ex-port wine, and ex-sherry Spanish Oloroso.

Dried fruit and spice are characteristic flavors that develop during aging in sherry casks. The rum is recommended to be enjoyed neat or can be used as a base for various cocktails.
