Description

Papa's Pilar Blonde Rum is a premium light rum inspired by the legendary Ernest Hemingway, whose passions included not only writing - adventure, the sea, and quality spirits. His boat was named Pilar and Hemingway himself was nicknamed Papa.

It contains 6 different rums from regions such as Barbados, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Panama and Florida, giving it a complex flavor. The producers aimed to return to the lighter rum and its roots in the 30s and 40s, when Papa (Hemingway) enjoyed rum in Key West and Cuba, inadvertently creating a new category - light blonde rum. The blonde rum is blended in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry Spanish Oloroso casks.

We recommend enjoying the rum neat or using it as a base for various cocktails. This rum has received several international awards for its quality and flavor.
