The distillery is based in Key West, Florida. The brand believes in preserving what matters. They are committed to sustainable practices in production and ethical fishing. In true Hemingway spirit, Papa's Pilar partners with local and national charitable foundations that support ocean conservation and preservation.

Even the visuals of the bottles are unique! They are inspired by the field bottles that were used during World War II.
