Rum Papa's Pilar is not just nicknamed Hemingway rum, but is a true collaboration with the Hemingway family. The Hemingway family & Papa's Pilar Rum have jointly contributed millions of dollars to communities that support literacy, environmental protection, reef restoration, and other valuable initiatives that Hemingway himself would be proud of.

The distillery is located in Key West, Florida. The brand believes in preserving what matters. They are committed to sustainable practices in production and ethical fishing. In true Hemingway spirit, Papa's Pilar collaborates with local and national charitable foundations that support ocean conservation and preservation.

The design of the bottles is unique! They are inspired by field bottles that were used during World War II.
