A rare rum from Piribebuy, a small town in the South American country of Paraguay. The distillery Castilla/Fortin pays homage to the heroic history of the town with its name, and is known and recognized for its focus on producing 100% organic rum and in 2015 won the prestigious award for "Best Distillery in the World." This carefully selected bottling is a true jewel of this collection due to its long aging and final flavor revolution in barrels of the prestigious Fino-Sherry variety.
