Kilchoman Machir Bay Cask Strength 2021

Kilchoman Machir Bay Cask Strength is a special limited edition made from the original Machir Bay, except that the alcohol content has not been reduced! The 58.3% alcohol content allows the quality and especially the intensity to shine through.

This is a single malt whisky from the Islay region, matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Most of the time it rested in bourbon casks, which imparted a peaty flavor with notes of spice and oil.

It is produced without added colorings, flavorings, or chill filtration. We recommend serving it at room temperature with a cube of ice. The whisky comes in a beautiful blue-cream gift packaging.
