Kilchoman Machir Bay Cask Strength 2021

Kilchoman Machir Bay Cask Strength is a special limited edition made from the original Machir Bay, except the alcohol content has not been reduced! The 58.3 % alcohol content makes it possible to stand out in terms of quality and especially intensity.

It is a single malt whisky originating from the Islay region, matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Most of the time it was rested in bourbon barrels, which gave it a peaty flavor with hints of spice and oil.

It is made without added dyes, flavorings and cold filtration. We recommend serving at room temperature with an ice cube. The whisky comes in a beautiful blue-cream gift box.

Color: golden with brown highlights
Aroma: lemon peel, fruit, malt, oak, peat, grass
Taste: earthy, oil, orange, peat, dried fruit, spices
Finish: long, slightly spicy, pepper, wood, vanilla, pastry
