Glen Scotia 11 Year Old Festival Release 2023

This year's release of the Glen Scotia 11 Year Old Festival Release 2023 is another superb limited edition that shows the range of what Glen Scotia has to offer: the finish in a white port wine cask gives us something different, while the whisky still retains that wonderful fruity, robust and slightly salty profile that is characteristic of Campbeltown.

The whisky is lightly peated and matured for 11 years, the last 12 months of which have been spent in white port wine casks. However, we don't know the specific type of port wine as it is a distillery secret and these are exceptional casks. The whisky has been matured for 10 years in 100% ex-bourbon casks, which is the Glen Scotia distillery's preferred cask type.

The whisky has been bottled at 54,7 % alcohol and comes in a gift box.
