Description
Cihuatán Solera 12 Reserva Especial is manufactured in Licorera Cihuatán, a subsidiary of Ingenio La Cabana in El Salvador. Ingenio La Cabana is a century-old sugar cane company that produces molasses used in both Ron Cihuatán products. Rum ages in used American oak barrels after bourbone. It is produced by the solera method.
Aroma: slightly sweet, tones of banana, nutmeg, cinnamon with undertones of flowers.
Taste: fruity, coconut, chocolate, delicate exotic with a hint of cafe au lait and honey.
