Description
Quality wine with a protected designation of origin from Chateau Topoľčianky, red, dry. Vintage selection, variety Alibernet, vintage 2018, Nitra wine region.
The grapes come from vineyards with excellent sun exposure, where Alibernet achieves high phenolic ripeness. The vinification process emphasizes the extraction of color, structure, and pronounced varietal character.
This modern variety was bred in Ukraine and is gaining more and more fans in Slovakia. The variety captivates with its intense color when poured into a glass, and is colloquially known as a dye grape. 12 months of aging with a touch of Slavonian oak.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 18 - 20 °C.
