Genuine fruit distillate Chateau Selešťany Dulovica from Dula apple, which is one of the true rarities in the production of spirits.

Quinces are a type of fruit that are known for their cultivation without chemical protection. Quince fruits can be pear or apple shaped and coloured yellow. The aroma of the fruit is strongly aromatic and the taste is bitter-sour.

Quince has a unique aroma accompanied by a hint of citrus. The flavour opens with the fruit's typical tart acidity, which gradually becomes reminiscent of a mixture of jam and compote, with hints of cinnamon and liquorice in the aftertaste. The texture is fine and, depending on maturity, silky.

The preparation of a good quality distillate must take into account the high labour intensity, longer fermentation time and lower yield.

The distillate was bottled at 52 % alcohol and the bottle volume is 0,5 litres.
