Description
This Czech newcomer Pálava is really successful. It is the 2022 vintage from the Slovak winery Chateau Modra with the attribute of grape selection. It comes from the South Slovak wine-growing region, Brakoň.
In a glass of wine of a sparkling yellow-green colour, the sun-drenched vineyards with a rich harvest seem to be mirrored. In the typical extremely intense aromas you will find tropical fruits, citrus fruits and hints of bergamot essential oil. The juicy, richly fruity taste of the wine is finished with a subtle vanilla nuance.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 8 to 12 °C. This wine is ideally suited to chicken or beef or to sweet desserts such as Pavlova cake.
