Description
Dry white wine Devín vintage 2022 from the Slovak winery Chateau Modra with the attribute of late harvest. It comes from the South Slovak wine-growing region.
The Devín variety belongs to the category of Slovak New Breeders. It is a cross between the Traminer red and Veltliner red-white varieties.
The wine is light yellow-green in colour with a characteristic intense aroma of white flowers, tropical lychee and juicy mango. Notes of lychee and mango also dominate the full-bodied and expressive fruit flavours. On the finish, there are nuances of white grapefruit skin with fresh acidity.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 8 to 12 °C. This wine is ideally suited to Asian cuisine.
