Chateau Modra Devín 2024

Chateau Modra Devín 2024 is an aromatic white dry wine from the South Slovak Wine Region, made from grapes classified as quality wine with the designation Wine from Grapes (VzH). The variety Devín, bred in Slovakia, combines the aromaticity of Tramín with the elegance of Veltlín Green and in this vintage offers a clean, modern, and very pleasant expression.

The aroma is dominated by pronounced floral notes, linden blossom, citrus, and subtle spicy nuances. The taste is off-dry to drier, harmonious and smooth, with fruity freshness, a delicate sweetness, and a subtle spicy line typical for this variety. The finish is medium-long, clean, and elegantly aromatic.

Wine is ideal as an aperitif, pairs excellently with Asian cuisine, lightly spiced dishes, poultry, fish, or soft cheeses. It will especially delight lovers of aromatic white wines with a Slovak character.
