White dry wine Noria, vintage 2024, Chateau Modra winery, Lesser Carpathian wine region.
The collection of Slovak new varieties includes wine varieties that we owe to the meticulous, tireless, and patient work of Slovak grapevine breeders. The Noria variety is the work of Ms. A. Foltánová and is a cross between the Riesling and Semillon varieties.
The wine is yellow-green in color and has a clean varietal aroma reminiscent of the Sémillon variety. The full flavor is dominated by tones of meadow flowers with a honey finish.
The complex aroma is composed of layers of pineapple, pomelo, and spicy grapefruit.
The taste of the wine harmoniously mirrors the aroma and is complemented by refreshing lime.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 9 to 12 °C.
