In the collection of Slovak new varieties are grape varieties that we owe to the meticulous, tireless, and patient work of Slovak grape breeders. The variety Noria is the work of Ms. A. Foltánová and is a cross of Riesling and Semillon.
The wine has a yellow-green color and a clean varietal aroma reminiscent of the Semillon variety. In its full flavor, notes of wildflowers with a lemon balm finish come to the forefront.
The complex aroma is composed of layers of pineapple, pomelo, and spicy grapefruit. The taste of the wine harmoniously mirrors the aroma, complemented by refreshing lime.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 9 to 12 °C.
