Graça da Pedra Alvarinho 2022 is a fresh and elegant white wine from the historic estate Quinta da Pedra in the heart of the subregion Monção e Melgaço, showcasing a youthful and approachable style of the Alvarinho variety.
This wine is made from Alvarinho grapes grown on dry granite soils with ideal exposure, contributing to its freshness and mineral character. The vinification process includes a lightly chilled pre-fermentation maceration, gentle pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After 6 to 9 months of aging, the wine is bottled and ready for consumption.
The aroma is dominated by fresh citrus fruits, mandarins, and stone fruits. On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied, with pronounced acidity, a silky texture, and a long mineral finish.
The recommended serving temperature is 6 – 8 °C. The wine pairs excellently with roasted meats or fish, lamb, roasted beef, and aged meats.
