Description

Bushmills 25 Year Old is patiently aged in ex-bourbon barrels and ex-sherry barrels for 4 to 6 years and then finished in ruby ex-port wine barrels with first fill for 21 years to provide generations of luxurious dark fruit flavors.

These oak port barrels were personally sourced from a family cooperage that shares the brand's uncompromising values, and expertly handcrafted by their trusted coopers. They are made from fine European oak wood to ensure the interaction between the seasoned wood and the whisky is at its best.

Bushmills 25 is a single malt whiskey that is triple distilled from 100 % malted barley.

"A superb whiskey that is bursting with ripe and juicy dark fruit."
Alex Thomas, Bushmills Master Blender

There is a remarkably ever-present warm oak, port sweetness and subtle spice that continue long after the last drop has slipped, inviting you to taste this superb single malt whisky again and again.

The alcohol content is 46 % and the whiskey is unfiltered by chilling. It is best enjoyed neat. The bottles have a capacity of 0,7 l and are supplied in gift cartons.

Whiskies that warm you up – a selection of smoky and autumnal single malt whiskies
The time is coming when evenings are getting longer and the wind is starting to bite. This is exactly the time for something that will warm not only the body but also the soul. And although autumn can be survived with just tea and a blanket, sometimes something stronger is needed, something with a little smoke and a lot of character: Scottish whisky. This is the time of year when heavier or peaty…

How to make the perfect punch!
Punch – The Drink That Brings the World Together Punch has a long history and remains a symbol of friendship, warmth, and social gatherings. Its name comes from the Indian word pañch (“five”) – referring to the five basic ingredients: alcohol, sugar, citrus, water, and spices. The drink made its way to Europe in the 17th century through merchants of the British East India Company and quickly…
