Description
The elegant Champagne Piaff Brut is a very lively Champagne with first brioche notes on the nose that give way to pear and apple notes, accentuated by a wonderful persistent mousse. An excellent example of a premium champagne from France.
It is made from grape varieties - 35 % Chardonnay, 35 % Pinot Noir, 30 % Pinot Meunier. The vineyards are located in the Marne valley. The soil in this area is rich and has a chalky subsoil and a climate that benefits from both ocean rains and continental summers.
The wine is vinified in stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged in bottle for at least 2 years. The alcohol content at bottling is 12 %.
We recommend serving it chilled as an aperitif and it is suitable for any occasion.
