Champagne Piaff Brut

Elegant Champagne Piaff Brut is a very lively champagne with initial brioche notes in the aroma, transitioning to pear and apple tones, highlighted by a beautiful persistent mousse. An excellent example of premium champagne from France.

It is made from grape varieties - 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier. The vineyards are located in the valley of the Marne river. The soil in this area is rich and has a chalky substrate, as well as a climate that benefits from oceanic rains and continental summers.

The vinification of the wine takes place in stainless steel containers. The wine then ages in the bottle for at least 2 years, where it achieves the desired effervescence. Thus, a regular still wine transforms into a sparkling wine. The alcohol content at bottling is 12%. We recommend serving it chilled as an aperitif. Ideal for any occasion.
