Vollereaux Réserve Brut

Vollereaux Réserve Brut is an elegant and sophisticated Champagne from the prestigious Champagne region, crafted using the traditional method with an emphasis on finesse and harmony.
It gains its character from a balanced cuvée of Chardonnay (34%), Pinot Noir (33%) and Meunier (33%), sourced from vineyards rooted in the classic chalk soils of Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs. This rich chalky terroir gives the wine mineral freshness and natural elegance.

After the secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine ages for 4 years on the lees, significantly longer than required by the strict regulations of the Champagne region. Extended aging “sur lie” brings a creamy texture, subtle brioche notes and perfectly integrated bubbles.

The bottle comes in a tasteful white gift box, making it an ideal present for lovers of Champagne. Excellent as an aperitif or for festive occasions. With a sugar content of 7 g/l, it is a dry Brut sparkling wine. Serve well chilled.
