Vollereaux Réserve Brut is an elegant and sophisticated champagne from the prestigious Champagne region, produced using traditional methods with an emphasis on finesse and harmony.
Its character comes from a balanced cuvée of Chardonnay (34%), Pinot Noir (33%), and Meunier (33%), sourced from vineyards growing on the classic chalky soil of Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs. This rich chalky terroir imparts mineral freshness and elegance to the wine.
After secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine ages for 4 years on the lees, which is significantly longer than required by the strictly regulated Champagne region. The long aging "sur lie" gives it a creamy texture, delicate brioche notes, and perfectly integrated bubbles.
The bottle is presented in a tasteful white gift box, making it an ideal gift for champagne lovers. Great as an aperitif, but also for festive occasions. With sugar content: 7 g/l, it is a dry Brut sparkling wine. Serve well chilled.
Illy Classico is a premium blend of 100% Arabica beans sourced from nine selected plantations in Brazil, Africa, India, Colombia, and Central America. The coffee is medium roasted, ensuring a smooth, balanced flavor without pronounced acidity or bitterness.
The blend is packaged in original airtight tin cans, which significantly prolongs freshness and preserves the aroma and oils inside for up to two years from the roasting date. The package size is 250 g.
The flavor of Illy Classico is delicate yet complex – characterized by notes of caramel, orange blossom, jasmine, chocolate, and nuts with a pleasant sweetness and medium-low intensity (about 5/10 according to the manufacturer, or ~2.5/5 in independent tests).
It leaves a slightly sweet impression in the mouth without sharp acidity, with a creamy reddish-brown foam (crema) that lingers even after stirring the drink.
It is ideal for espresso preparation, but is versatile enough for cappuccino, latte, or mocha and filtered coffee. Recommended as a suitable choice for everyday drinking – due to its lower caffeine content (about 1.5%, or lower caffeine level), it is also suitable for more sensitive consumers or those who want to enjoy multiple cups a day.

The selection of the finest chocolate dragees includes pistachios in milk chocolate, almonds in milk chocolate and cinnamon, coffee beans in dark chocolate, roasted almonds and hazelnuts in dark chocolate, marzipan in chocolate, hazelnuts in milk chocolate and cinnamon, and almonds in white chocolate with coffee.
