The Vollereaux family winery was founded in 1805 in the northeast of France in the Champagne region. Today, the company is run by a sixth generation of winemakers, brother and sister Franck and Hélène Vollereaux. The winery owns 40 hectares divided into 13 villages in the Champagne region.

Champagne from Vollereaux matures for at least 3 years, thanks to which they have a fresh, elegant and, above all, great taste and aroma. The winery also strives for minimal pollution of nature, which is why it is called organic.
