Veuve Clicquot Demi Sec

Excellent elegant French champagne Veuve Clicquot Demi Sec, which is made from 50 different wines. This mixture consists of grape varieties 40 to 45% Pinot Noir, 30 to 35% Meunier and 20 to 25% Chardonnay.

Thanks to the 40 to 45% share of the Pinot Noir variety, the wine has acquired an excellent structure with a delicate taste. Different fruit tones mean that the mixture has a higher level of the Meunier variety, which is complemented by Chardonnay.

The wine matures in Crayères (vineyard cellars) for at least 3 years. With proper storage for 2 to 3 years, Veuve Clicquot Demi Sec develops even richer tones of aroma and taste.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 8 - 10 °C. It goes well with blue cheeses, desserts, pancakes or pastries.
