Octomore 14.1 128.9ppm

Octomore 14.1 is distilled from 100 % Scottish mainland barley and peated to 128.9 PPM, it is as young and dynamic as its predecessors.

The character of the 14.1, which is the foundation of the 14th vintage of the Octomore series, offers a necessary comparison from which other expressions have evolved and developed.

The foundation of this latest series presents a delicate and complex balance between smoke, malt, cask and maturation - resulting in a versatile drinking experience. Aged for 5 years in first-fill American whiskey barrels, Whiskey 14.1 demonstrates the strength and potential of its base ingredients.

The nose opens with sweet caramel and vanilla, while bright citrus cuts through the characteristic Octomore smoke - highlighted by roasted coffee and subtle spice.

The bottles are filled at 59,6 % alcohol with a volume of 0,7 l. They are supplied in gift tubes.
