The wine is created through traditional secondary fermentation using the Charmat method, typical for Prosecco production – ensuring delicate, playful bubbles.

It then undergoes a de-alcoholization process, which preserves the character of the fruity wine, removes alcoholic notes, and retains a delicious persistent structure and aroma. This results in a non-alcoholic alternative that is refreshing, subtly fruity, and stylish.
